2008-2009 Membership Campaign :

There are several easy ways to join the HSES PTA.

Via Membership Form: Print the following form HSES 2008-2009 Membership Form and send in completed form and fee payment via your child. The teacher will forward the request to the HSES PTA Membership committee.

Via PTA Meetings: A HSES PTA Membership Sign-up table will be ready to take your membership requests at any of the fall PTA meetings.

Via Your Child's Friday Folder: Watch for HSES PTA Membership information and upcoming programs in your child's upcoming Friday Folder.

Receiving your HSES PTA Membership Cards: Please allow 2 weeks for your HSES PTA Membership to be processed and the membership card to be sent to you by your child's Friday folder. Families with multiple children will have the card sent home with the oldest child.

Membership Fees and Payment: Membership fees and payment information can be found on the HSES 2008-2009 Membership Form.
