Curriculum

All public schools in this state are responsible for teaching grade level objectives as outlined in the North Carolina Course of Study. Additionally, each school in Wake County provides special services to enhance and support the core curriculum. Music, Art and Physical Education are provided for all students at Holly Springs. Spanish is taught in grades 3-5.
The staff at Holly Springs Elementary is committed to integrating technology in the curriculum. All classrooms will have computers available for daily student use. Third graders will learn keyboarding; all students will receive computer instruction through use of several software programs.
